- Refusal of Delivery: Frivolous order placement, deliberate non-acceptance, or refusal of legitimate Cash on Delivery parcels upon arrival causes financial loss in operational logistics. Zeorix reserves the right to blacklist customer profiles and addresses from placing future orders in case of unjustified delivery refusals.
